PURPOSE: A sense amplifier and an electronic apparatus using the same sense amplifier are provided which suppress the influence of threshold voltage variation and include TFTs having good characteristics. CONSTITUTION: According to the sense amplifier for detecting a potential difference between signals input to the first input terminal and the second input terminal, the first means applies voltages corresponding to threshold values of the first and the second transistors to gate-source voltages of the first and the second transistors, respectively, and the second means transfers signals input to the first and the second input terminals to gates of the first and the second transistors, wherein a threshold variation in the first and the second transistors is corrected.
