PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to easily input an accurate layout of furniture and fixture articles in home without imposing considerable efforts on the user, wherein it is important that, for constructing a radio system in the user's home, the user, personally, can set the layout of a wall, a floor and other furniture and fixture articles (herein referred to as furniture and fixture articles in home) and the location of a master station, and can grasp the radio propagation environment in the user's home. SOLUTION: The user 104 makes a room arrangement retrieval request to a room arrangement retrieval engine 102 via a terminal 103. The room arrangement retrieval engine 102 extracts room arrangement data matching with or similar to the accepted retrieval request from a database 101, and presents the data to the user 104 via the terminal 103. The room arrangement retrieval engine 102 collates the room arrangement information inputted interactively from the user with each of the pieces of room arrangement data recorded in the room arrangement database 101, extracts and presents matching or similar room arrangement.
