PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low cost ink cartridge which uses a flexible ink bag and has a high performance and a high recyclability. SOLUTION: An ink cartridge 2a-2d accommodates the flexible ink bag 11 containing ink in a case 10 and the ink in the ink bag 11 is supplied to a sub-tank through a supply hole 12 provided to the case 10. A one face of the ink bag 11 as an adhering face 11b is adhered to one face in the case 10 and the counter face opposite to the adhering face 11b is abutted to a pressing section 21 of a pressing plate 20. One end of the pressing section 21 is rotatably supported by a free end of a swinging section 23 which is supported by the case 10 such that it is rotatable in a direction of the adhering face 11b of the ink bag 11 and the pressing face via a support pole 24. The pressing section 21 is urged toward the adhering face 11b by a compression spring 30 and the ink bag 11 is urged toward the adhering face 11b via the pressing section 21 and the swinging section 23. |
