PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centralized management system in an inter-PBX roaming function capable of reducing the time from call transmission to its arrival and saving leased line resources. SOLUTION: A sever 4 manages the PS management information of a PS (mobile extension phone), namely, advance registration information (PS information) and position registration information at all times. When a PS 10 makes a call to a PS 11, a base station of a building C master device 3 receives the call, and the building C master device 3 requests the server 4 to retrieve PC information with respect to the PC 11. The server 4 momentarily retrieves a master device (building B master device) in which the PC 11 is resident from the position registration information to provide the PC information to the building C master device 3. The building C master device 3 is connected to the building B master device 2 via a leased line 2 being the shortest route so as to allow the PC 11, to make connection processing and speech.
