PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jack structure which can connect a jack to a ground line and a signal line of a substrate without using a casing and the like by a simple structure and can reduce cost. SOLUTION: A jack insert opening margin 2b is formed to insert the jack 3 at a side wall 2a of a housing 2 to storage the substrate 1, a metal cut piece 4 which has an elastic arch shape portion 4a to elastically contact with a signal line tip portion 3a of the jack 3 is stood at a place in the substrate 1 opposing to the opening margin 2b, an approximate U shape metal cut piece 5 for the ground line which has elastic arch shape portions 5c and 5d to elastically contact both standing piece portions 5a and 5b with a round rod portion 3b of the jack 3 for the ground line is stood between the metal cut piece 4 for the signal line and the opening margin 2b, and a cylindrical rib 2c for supporting the jack is projected toward inside from the jack insert opening margin 2b of the side wall 2a of the housing 2.
