PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a conversion into a base band frequency by applying up- conversion of a plurality of down-link beam to a down-link CDMA modulated RF beam corresponding to an intended reception destination in common to a reception destination of a down-link CDMA modulated RF beam. SOLUTION: A code division switch 125 receives a plurality of transmission CDMA modulated RF beam 131 and down-converts the beam into an intermediate frequency and sends identification and excess spread codes to each traffic channel included on the inside of each beam. The beams are all added to a combined stream, each traffic channel is restored and each reception destination corresponding to a control signal sent via a channel 111 is identified. The reception destination traffic channel is separated from the CDMA beam of an up-link and inserted to a down-link CDMA beam 133 having a desired reception destination.
