SUBSTANCE: proposed method consists in treatment by electrode-brush whose butt working surface is made from wire bundles at high passivating ability. Electrode-brush is set in vibration to increase productivity of forming flanks and enhanced durability of gear wheels; electrode-brush is fed along axis at simultaneous motion along generatrix of profile at rate inversely proportional to depth of flank of gear wheel butt.
