PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for automatically continuously winding noodles comprising automatically repeating an operation of multiply winding noodle ribbons in an 8-shaped fashion on a pair of tubes, and to provide an apparatus for the method. SOLUTION: This apparatus for automatically continuously winding noodles works as follows: the tip of noodle ribbons 9 withdrawn via a noodle feed pipe 21 from a noodle container 7 is kept at a specified position, and a pair of tubes T are then advanced, concurrently the noodle feed pipe 21 is turned in an 8-shaped fashion to multiply wind the noodle ribbons 9 on the tubes T, the resulting tubes T are then moved downward, and at the same time, a new pair of tubes T are withdrawn from a hopper 50 and positioned at a specified height; thereafter, simultaneously with cutting the noodle ribbons 9, the cut end on the noodle fed pipe side is held at the above specified position to prepare for the next winding operation, and after the new pair of tubes T are retreated, a new batch of noodle ribbons are wound thereon; thereafter, the process described above is repeated.
