PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To approach a speaker to an ear and approach a microphone to a mouth if a telephone body part is formed small, thereby facilitating a telephone call. SOLUTION: A cellphone comprises a body part 1 having, on a front surface, a display part 4, a dial operation key 5, and a microphone 11; an incoming and outgoing member 7 accommodated in this body part 1 so as to go in and out; a speaker 9 provided integrally with the incoming and outgoing member 7; and an antenna 10. Accordingly, the incoming and outgoing member 7 is projected from the body part 1, thereby projecting the speaker 9 and the antenna 10 from the body part 1. Therefore, if the body part 1 is small formed, a distance of the speaker 9 and the microphone 11 can be prolonged, and for this reason, the speaker 9 can be approached to an ear, and the microphone 11 can be approached to a mouth, thereby facilitating a telephone call.
