PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical implement which retains highly durable surface lubricity and physiologically active function at the same time despite the property materials, and provide the manufacturing method of the medical implement which can easily be handled and given surface lubricity highly rich in its durability and physiologically active function at the same time regardless of the property of materials composing the medical implement. SOLUTION: A medical implement has a cross-link film on its member surface, whereas the cross-link film is formed by polymer having acid anhydride, polymer of a compound of vinyl lactam and a compound having more than two of active hydrogen, and retains physiological activity and lubricity featured by the physiological active substance combined with the non-reacting acid anhydride on the cross-link film. |
