摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a document management system by which the efficiency of the extension/renovation and maintenance work of an instrumentation system is improved and the burden of a user on document management is reduced. SOLUTION: This document management system for managing a document related to the instrumentation engineering of the instrumentation system is provided with a document management server having a document storing means which is connected to a communication network and which stores a document updated to the latest contents in accordance with the update of the instrumentation system, and a document receiving and distributing means which receives and distributes the document from/to the outside through the communication network.
