REPLACING AND RECOVERING SYSTEM FOR BATTERY POWER SUPPLY DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a replacing and recovering system of a battery power supply device when the operating state is defective by deciding quality of an operating state of the battery power supply device through a communication network. SOLUTION: A computer 2 transmits operating state data of the battery power supply device 3 to a server 1 providing services via the Internet. The server 1 providing services decides the necessity of replacement a battery from operating state data and transmits a guide mail for the replacement of the battery to the computer 2. According to an order reply from the computer 2, the server 1 providing services executes a processing for replacing and recovering the battery.
