PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure higher-speed feeding of a container filled with liquid by establishing a feed condition to prevent a liquid leak by a level fluctuation. SOLUTION: A turret 1 used in an intermittent turret type paper pack filling machine is provided with an index device 2 with a built-in index cam. The turret 1 fills an empty container 4 delivered thereto from a carrying-in conveyor with liquid, and seals or plugs the filled container 4, while moving the container 4 intermittently during this process. The index device 2 has an index cam shape formed to reduce liquid fluctuation on an operational basis, in order to suppress liquid fluctuation at an accelerated or decelerated phase of the transfer of the container 4.
