摘要 PURPOSE: A method of producing a field emission display panel is provided to increase a quantity of discharge current and to reduce power consumption. CONSTITUTION: The field emission display panel comprises an emitter tip(11a) for operating a fluorescent material by emitting an electron, the emitter tip(11a) being formed on a silicon substrate(11) and a gate electrode(15) for enclosing the emitter tip(11a). The emitter tip(11a) includes a plurality of tip main bodies which run parallel with each other and a plurality of tip branches extending from the tip main bodies at a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the tip main bodies. The tip branches are disposed at a same interval. One tip branch is positioned between the other two tip branches passing through the adjacent tip main body. The gate electrode(15) is disposed between the tip main body and the tip branch at the shape of prominence and depression.
