PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing for a fine tool for micromanipulator capable of easily adjusting the tool mounting position and attitude by integrally manufacturing an assembling device and a positioning jig having a size enabling a person to handle the same in machining an operation needle, and handing the positioning jig. SOLUTION: According to one configuration of the present invention, this method of manufacturing a fine tool for micromanipulator comprises a process for integrally forming a fine operation needle and a positioning member connected to the operation needle, a process for supporting the positioning member, and positioning the fine operation needle on a determined position of a flat plate, a process for bonding the fine operation needle to the flat plate, and a process for cutting the fine operation needle and the positioning member.
