PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transceiver unit which is good in productivity and low in cost. SOLUTION: This transceiver unit has an antenna 5 integrated with a cover 4 made from a metal plate, the bottom of the cover 4 is electrically connected to a ground pattern 2 formed on a circuit board 1, thus allowing the cover 4 and the antenna 5 to be made as a unified component. Thus a low-cost transceiver unit with few number of part items can be provided at satisfactory productivity.
