<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clean the hands of workmen engaged in food plants at any time. SOLUTION: A water storage tank 3 for spent cleaning water is disposed on a movable carriage 2, and a hand wash water receiving tank 4 to receive cleaning water which flows down at the time of cleaning is disposed above the water storage tank 3. Then a chemical-mixed water tank 5 to store chemical-mixed water is to be used for cleaning is disposed above the hand wash water receiving tank 4. The chemical-mixed water tank 5 is provided with a means 6 for discharging a fixed quantity of cleaning water to make a fixed quantity of cleaning water flow down to the hand wash water receiving tank 4 and to halt its flowing-down automatically.</p> |
