PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working machine operating device for a hydraulic backhoe easy to operate, excellent in appearance and miniaturizing a vehicle. SOLUTION: An upper bracket 33 is rotatably fitted by a rotating shaft 32 to a lower bracket 31 provided near the front end 5a of a driver's seat 5. An upper cover 22, a rotating lever 40, and a pilot hydraulic control valve 24 having an operating lever 23, are fitted to the upper bracket 33. A lower cover 21 integrally provided at an outer device of a vehicle body is covered with the upper cover 22 over the whole tilting range indicated by a fine two-dot chain line from a continuous line. Tilting operation is performed by rotating the rotating lever 40. With this constitution, an engine storable space is secured below the driver's seat 5.
