<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small element at low cost by preventing mismeasuring of distance even if a spot is broken or the middle is off in a reflected light of a subject that is reflected on the subject and received. SOLUTION: A position-of-semiconductor detecting element (PSD) 1 is composed of a PSD IC, which is formed on the same semiconductor board, and measures distance of a center part of a shooting screen where a branch conductive layer 3 is arrayed in an oblique direction without crossing at right angles with a basic conductive layer (resistor layer) 2, and PSDs 1R and 1L, which are placed on both sides thereof and measure distance of left and right sides of the shooting screen where the branch conductive layer 3 is arrayed while crossing at right angles with the basic conductive layer 2. Distance-measuring light along the oblique direction is projected on the subject, and distance- measurement data for auto-focus is outputted based on reflected light 4 of the subject.</p> |
