摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent embedded waste from coming into contact with underground water and percolated water from the surface of the earth of an embedded area such as rainfall even in a place where the underground water level is high. SOLUTION: In this method, the bottom part of a reclaimed area of embedded waste has a water guiding slope, and also the lower area of the embedded waste is covered with a water barrier bed 20, and on the outer peripheral surface thereof, a percolation bed 16 is provided, and a porous pipe 12 is formed inside or outside the percolation bed 16 along the water guiding slope. The upper surface of the embedded waste 10 has a water guiding slope leading to the porous pipe 12 and is covered with a water barrier bed 20A, and as an upper bed of the water barrier bed 20A, a coarse particle bed 24 having small water retentivity (pF value) is formed, and as an upper bed of the coarse particle bed 24, a fine particle bed 26 having large water retentivity (pF value) is formed and they are covered with top soil 28. In this way, underground water and percolated water such as rain fall are prevented from coming into contact with the embedded waste.
