PURPOSE: A thin film transistor board for a liquid crystal display device is provided to repair broken wires of a data line efficiently without adding a special progress of adding and embossing metal. CONSTITUTION: A thin film transistor board for a liquid crystal display device includes gate lines, a side gate connecting line(13), assistant lines(17, 18), a shading pattern(14), a data line(35), the parts which are shorted by laser(S3, S4). The double gate lines, the side gate connecting line(13) and the assistant lines(17, 18) are formed on the board. The shading pattern(14) is formed on the opposite side of the gate connecting line(13) on the basis of the assistant lines(17, 18). The data line(35) and the assistant lines(17, 18) are piled up. the parts, which are shorted by laser(17,18) in the data line(35), are formed more widely than other parts and the margin for repairing becomes wider in the short by using the laser.
