PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a photoirradiation type rubber stamp and a photoirradiation type rubber stamp are provided to reduce the manufacturing time, improve the print quality of the manufacture rubber stamp, and easily use the rubber stamp attached to the lipstick structure without resupplying ink. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a photoirradiation type rubber stamp includes the steps of developing a negative film by irradiating weak light to the negative film with a photoprinter to appear a pattern or a shape in the black grounded and heat-transformative negative film(S2), attaching the developed negative film to a rubber foam(S3), and irradiating strong light to the negative film attached to the rubber foam for melting the negative film and the part of the rubber foam by the light passing through the negative film, so that the part of the rubber foam is protruded as much as the thickness of the negative film(S4).
