The system for fastening trees to supports comprises a clamping tool with jaws which fasten a tie in various configurations around the tree. The tool has pivoted arms (1, 2) with a spring-loading system (8 - 10). The device can be opened with the help of different types of lever. A threaded section or three-way screwing device is fitted to the end of one handle to tighten the tie. Two clamps may be joined by a bar.
