PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the uniformity in the magnetizing property, the heat- resisting property, and the surface magnetic flux density by mixing the specified R-T-N magnetic material powder, the ferrite powder having a specified magnetic anisotropy, and the resin, at a specified composition rate. SOLUTION: An R-T-N magnetic material powder has a magnetic anisotropy and has an average grain diameter of about 2-10 μm and satisfies a composition of main ingredients shown by formula I (wherein R is one or more kinds of rare earth elements including Y, T is Fe or Fe and Co, and 5 atomic %<=α<=20 atomic %, 5 atomic %<=β<=30 atomic %). The ferrite powder having a magnetic anisotropy satisfies a composition of main ingredients shown by a formula II (wherein A is Sr and/or Ba, R is one or more kinds of rare earth elements and contains La as an essential, and 0.01<=x<=0.04, (x/(2.6n))<=y<=(x/(1.6n)), 5<=n<=6) and has an average grain diameter of about 0.9-2 μm. A bonded magnet consists of about 20-80 pts.wt. of the R-T-R magnet material powder, about 80-20 pts.wt. of the ferrite powder, and the resin. |
