PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a transmission data quantity on a network, to analyze, resolve the contents of the data and to output the result with emphasis. SOLUTION: The network management device has an ID read step where whether or not received abbreviated information is prescribed normal information is confirmed based on a class ID included in the abbreviated information received from a network and a specification coincidence confirmation step where whether or not the abbreviated information is information included in a database is retrieved by using the abbreviated information when the class ID satisfies the specification and changes an output of the database based on the class ID.
