PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission having a high freedom degree of speed change ratio setting and a broad speed change ratio range, to be capable of various developments without changing a basic constitution. SOLUTION: This transmission has coaxial first/second input shafts 1, 7 respectively connected to first/second input clutches C1, C2 with power selectively transmitted, third/fourth shafts 3, 4 coaxial in parallel to the shafts 1, 7, fifth shaft 2 coaxially connectable (5-speed) to the second input shaft 7, gear pair A, B for even number shift transmitted with power from the first input shaft 1 in the case of even number shift to transmit power to the fourth shaft 4 in the case of low speed shift (2, 4-speed) to transmit power to the third shaft 3 in the case of high speed shift (6-speed), gear pair C, D for odd number shift with power transmitted from the second input shaft 7 in the case of odd number shift to transmit power to the fourth shaft 4 in the case of low speed shift (1, 3-speed), gear pair F for deceleration decelerating power between the fourth/fifth shafts 4, 5, and a gear pair G for an output decelerating power between the firth/third shafts 3, 5.
