PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cool storage type cold insulation storage in which supercooling of accommodated articles is prevented and the cool storage efficiency for a storage medium is excellent. SOLUTION: In a cool storage type cold insulation storage in which a cool storage unit 8 composed of a cool storage unit box 8a, a first storage medium 14a, an evaporator 15, and a second storage medium 14b is annexed to a wall face of an internal box 5 forming a storage room 3, since the first storage medium 14a is closely attached so as to be interposed between the evaporator 15 and the wall face and the second storage medium 14b is arranged so that the storage room 3 side of the evaporator 15 is covered, cold heat of the evaporator 15 at the cool storage time of a storage medium 14 is not directly transmitted to the wall face so as not to be discharged to the storage room 3.
