<p>PURPOSE: To prevent an ignition lock from being restrained in a rest position by designing an interlock device so that the locking cam surface of the cam shaft part of the ignition lock and the opposite locking projection of a framed slider opposite thereto are forcibly detached by an elastic means in the event that a mechanical adjusting link is broken in an accident, etc. CONSTITUTION: A bush-shaped cam shaft part 13 provided in a concentric position with the rotation axis 12 of an ignition lock is formed by providing a locking cam surface 10 and a control cam surface 50 which are placed in an opening 27 in the framed slider 28 of a movable latch element 16, and the locking cam surface 10 and the control cam surface 50 are made to act on an opposite locking projection 29 and an opposite control projection 30, respectively. In this case, each of the projections 29, 30 is formed on the opposite side to the rotation axis 12 with respect to the cam shaft part 13, on the extension line of the slider 28. The locking projection 29 is formed in a position that is a torsion angle difference ahead of a torsion angle position corresponding to the rest position 25 of the locking cam surface 10, and is placed so that it is detached from the locking cam 10 by an elastic means 11 opposing the differential action caused by means of a key.</p> |
