<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detecting device of practical high reliability by extracting non-lighting information from lighting information collected with a non-lighting information detecting device, and transmitting non-lighting information which is stored in a nonvolatile memory circuit and address information in a lamp installation place to a moving body. SOLUTION: A lamp current detecting circuit 10 functions as a non-lighting information detecting circuit for detecting lamp current, during lamp lighting at night and collecting lighting information in a lamp lighting state. When the lamp current detecting circuit 10 collects lighting information during lamp lighting as night, non-lighting information is extracted from lighting information collected with the lamp current detecting circuit 10 and stored in an EEPROM 9 with a control processing circuit of a microcomputer 1 driven by a power source circuit 11. The non-lighting information stored in the EEPROM 9 in the daytime and address information in a lamp installation place are transmitted to a moving body by controlling transmission and reception circuits 2, 3.</p> |
