PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the jetting of a liq. only by turning an opening and closing cap in the opening direction without pulling a trigger. SOLUTION: A nozzle cap 7 having a jetting part is rotatably engaged with jetting cylinder 4, and a liq. passage opening and closing mechanism capable of freely isolating the hole of the jetting cylinder 4 from the liq. jetting part by the clockwise rotation of the nozzle cap 7 is furnished to the engaging part. A second inclined face 22 is pressed on and engaged with a first inclined face 17 by the clockwise rotation of a rotating arm 21 integrated with the nozzle cap 7, hence a lock plate 14 is raised to engage its rear end with the front end of the cylinder 3, and a trigger 5 is never pulled backward. The second inclined face 22 is detached from the first inclined face 17 by the counterclockwise rotation of the rotating arm 21 to lower the lock plate 14, hence its rear end is detached downward from the front end of the cylinder, and the trigger 5 can be pulled backward.
