PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the cold caulking and to prevent loosening of the caulking with the lapse of time by forming a cylindrical leg part having a plurality of ribs on a zone from a lower part of a neck of a head part to an intermediate part, and free from ribs on a zone from the intermediate part to a point part. SOLUTION: A resin rivet 1 for cold caulking comprises a head part 2 having a spherical upper surface and a hollow cylindrical leg part 3 extended from a lower part of the head part 2. The leg part 3 comprises a reinforcement part 31 comprising a plurality of ribs 4 in its longitudinal direction from a lower part of a neck of a head part 2 to an intermediate part, and a cylindrical non-reinforcement part 32 from the intermediate part to a point part and free from ribs. A peripheral edge of a lower surface of the head part 2 is a flat part 21, and an annular recessed part 22 is preferably formed inside of this flat part 21. Whereby the loosening of the caulking can be prevented by pressing a member to be fastened, from an upper surface by utilizing the restoring force after the deformation.
