摘要

A carrier layer(1) of a heat stable plastic is molded to a specific shape and the facing layer(3) is bonded to it using a thermosetting adhesive(2) and short term pressure and heat which avoids deforming the preshaped carrier and does not melt its surface. An Independent claim is made for the component made using the process.
