The present invention provides an educational entertainment device for children. The light toy comprises a housing, a plurality of electric lights, a battery, an electrical circuit, and a bank of switches. A child may learn and understand how a traffic control light works utilizing the light toy by playing at simulating the working of the traffic control light.
