METHOD OF ANNEALING COILS IN BELL-TYPE FURNACE

FIELD: heat treatment of metals and alloys; may be used in annealing of plate coils in three-stack bell-type furnaces with gas heating. SUBSTANCE: method consists in formation of stacks of coils, installation of muffles and a bell with burners, annealing, removal of bell and cooling of stacks under muffles. After disconnection of burners, the bell is held on furnace stand for 5-6 h. EFFECT: production of metal with uniform mechanical properties with high-quality surface. 1 tbl
