Process of manufacturing degaussing coils. This begins with a double sheet of PVC, formed of two layers 1 and 2, the outer one of darker, preferably black PVC, and the inner one of lighter PVC, which adopt a grooved configuration, which double sheet 4 is positioned on the periphery of a plate 5, next proceeding to the winding of the electrical conducting wire 6 forming the actual coil itself. Next, with the aid of progressively assisting claws 7, the marginal zones of the double sheet of PVC 4 are closed, one over the other, and finally welded together by means of a blast of hot air 8, leaving the coil in a position to receive, as normal, the standard exterior insulated conductors finishing in appropriate terminals. <IMAGE>
