PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise grinding efficiency and improve production efficiency by grinding and grading mixture powder before calcinating until its grain diameter becomes undersize of JIS standards sieve whose opening of mesh is a specified value and thereafter making it react by calcinating. SOLUTION: After raw material of piezo-electric ceramic of PbTiO3 -PbZrO2 - Pb(Sn1/3 Sb2/3 )O3 system is combined, it is subjected to enough wet mixing. After slurry obtained in the wet mixing is dehydrated and dried, it is ground and sized until particles are under the JIS standard sieve of opening of 9.52mm by a sizer. Thereafter, it is subjected to calcinating reaction. The calcinated raw material is subjected to wet grinding for a fixed time by pure water of the same mass as a raw material and ZrO2 ball whose mass is 2.5 times a raw material. The ground grain diameter of the obtained ground raw material becomes small in a short time and unground grain remaining on the sieve reduces remarkably when slurry after grinding treatment is subjected to mesh pass. |
