PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a coating film which has a uniform thickness and is free from defects by forming a fluororesin layer of a fluororesin material contg. specific tetrafluoroethylene perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether copolymer particles. SOLUTION: The fluororesin layer on a base body is formed of the fluororesin material contg. the tetrafluoroethylene perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether copolymer (PFA) particles having an average particle size of >=5μm and a mol.wt. of >=650000. The average particle size of the PFA particles is >=5μm, by which electrostatic coating is made possible. The easy control of an arbitrary film thickness from severalμm to about several tensμm is made possible when a wet process coating material is formed. The mol.wt. of the PFA particles is as large as >=650000, by which the wear resistance of the fluororesin layer is improved. A compsn. contg. 20 to 80wt.% PFA particles having the average particle size of >=5μm and the mol.wt. of >=650000 and 80 to 20wt.% PFA particles having the average particle size of <=1μm is preferably used as the fluororesin.
