PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow discrimination without big error, even when a target value data is not obtained by memorizing the target value data found out by measuring in a memory at the shipping inspection time in advance, comparing an actual detection value with the target value data and discriminating the operation state of an operated object accurately. SOLUTION: A control device 31 discriminates the speed change position of a cam member based on the detection value of a potentiometer 41 and the target value data of a memory 46 received from a control part 45 for a meter panel. But, the control device 31 forecasts and finds out the relation between the operation position of a shift lever and the detection value of the potentiometer 41 at its position when the target value data from the memory 46 is not obtained, in the concrete, the target value data from the control part 45 for the meter panel can not be received and the discrimination regarding the shifting position of the cam member is carried out by using the standard value data memorized in an own inside memory instead of the target value data. |
