PURPOSE: To reduce turbulent pulsating flow of air led from the compressing chamber of a pump main body into a noise eliminating tank, eliminate noise efficiently without generating resonance in the noise eliminating tank, and reduce noise. CONSTITUTION: Two air chambers 12A which are symmetrically arranged with respect to the center line in a space K equivalent to a first chamber in a noise eliminating tank 3, and a mixing chamber is arranged on the intermediate part thereof, orifices 13, 13' which are communicated from the mixing chamber to a second chamber, are formed as a nearly U-shaped cross sectional groove; each length of the orifices 13, 13' being set to that of the circumference or more of the cross sectional groove. Air flows sin a mixing chamber is mixed therewith so as to reduce pulsation, prevent resonance, and reduce noise energy. |
