The dispenser has a special head as outlet valve (8) on the tip of the ejector tube (2) of a commercially available grease-oil gun. The special head comprises a push-on or screw-on cap (6) perforated on its top side with a loosely movable object (10) such as ball, pin or cone, held by a spring set in the hole so as to seal same. The special head can be screwed directly onto the cartridge of the apparatus. For use the apparatus is pressed by the top of the cap against the wall or floor where the gel is to be applied. The valve is then opened and with slight forward movement of the tube a small or larger spot of substance is applied.
