FORMING ROLLER FOR CORRUGATED FIN AND METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: To provide a forming roller for forming the good shaped corrugated fins curvatures of both sholder parts of which are approximately same and which have flat bended parts whose flat parts are approximately horizontal and a method for forming the corrugated fins. CONSTITUTION: In this forming roller for the corrugated fins, a tip concave part 2a is provided on the tip of the tooth tip 2, a bottom convex part 3a in the bottom part 3 and a louver cutting edge 4 in oblique side part between the tip 2 and the bottom part 3 of tooth. The tip concave part 2a in the tooth tip 2 is formed so that the height of the convex part on the backside in the direction of rotation is higher than the height of the convex part on the front side in the direction of rotation and the peak part 3at in the convex part 3a of the bottom of tooth is formed at the position deviated forwards in the direction of rotation from the center line of the bottom part 3 of tooth.
