NEW MATERIAL:A protein having an amino acid sequence of Met-glu-Leu-Gln- Val-Ser-Ser-Gly-Phe-Val as a part of the polypeptide structure and reactive with an anti-Fcepsilon receptor antibody. USE:A protein for the isolation of genetic information coding human IgE linking factor or human Fcepsilon receptor protein. PREPARATION:Human B cell, human T cell, etc., having class-specific Fcepsilon receptor on the surface is cultured in a proper medium preferably at 36-37 deg.C, 7-8 pH and CO2 concentration of 5-7% e.g. for 1 week. The supernatant liquid of the cultured product is treated e.g. by affinity chromatography using an anti-Fcepsilon receptor monoclonal antibody. |
