PURPOSE:To obtain the subject composition enabling itself to be made into films stably for a long time without impairing its transparency, and excellent in low-temperature heat sealability and hot tack, and to obtain the subject drawn film with this composition as the surface layer. CONSTITUTION:This composition comprises (A) 75-95wt.% of a crystalline propylene random copolymer produced by polymerization between propylene, ethylene and/or alpha-olefin, <=15wt.% in 20 deg.C xylene-solubles, 73-97wt.% in propylene component content, 0-6wt.% in ethylene component content and 3-27wt.% in alpha-olefin component content and (B) 5-25wt.% of a propylene-alpha-olefin random copolymer produced by polymerization between propylene and alpha-olefin, 35-65wt.% in propylene component content and 65-35wt.% in alpha-olefin component content. For this composition, 20 deg.C xylene-solubles stands at <=30wt.%. |
