FILLER SUPPLYING METHOD

摘要

The method comprises cooling the surface temperature in a sliding nozzle(4) to below 500 deg.C by spraying air of 3-7kg/cm2 for 3-5minutes using a nozzle cooler(30) under the condition of opening of the sliding nozzle cassette(10). The filler is put in inner hole of the sliding nozzle so that the molten metal is not solidified to flow in a top nozzle mounted at the molten metal inserting nozzle of a molten metal inserting ladle. Insertion of the filler enhances natural opening ratio of the molten metal inserting nozzle to about 99.5%.
