WATER-SOLUBLE HIGH-SPEED CUTTING OIL COMPOSITION

PURPOSE:To obtain the subject composition excellent in defoaming-sustaining property and lubricating property and not eroding Al (alloy) which is a material to be cut by blending a conventional water soluble cutting fluid with a specific mixture and oxazolidine derivative. CONSTITUTION:This composition for aluminum and aluminum alloy is obtained by further adding a mixture of (F) a calcium oxide salt of a fatty acid (preferably an oleic acid calcium oxide salt) with (C) fine-particle calcium carbonate and (H) an oxazolidine derivative [preferably an oxazolidine of the formula (R is H or methyl)] to a cutting oil composition consisting of (A) a mineral oil (preferably purified mineral oil having 4-50cst viscosity at 40 deg.C), (B) an organic amine (preferably diethanolamine) and (C) a fatty acid (preferably oleic acid).
