The present invention relates to compounds of the formula <IMAGE> (I) in which: R1 is hydrogen or a halogen atom; R2 is a cyclohexyl or a phenyl; R3 is a (C3-C6) cycloalkyl; R4 is hydrogen, (C1-C6) alkyl or a (C3-C6) cycloalkyl; A is -CO-CH2-, -CH(Cl)-CH2-, -CH(OH)-CH2-, CH2-CH2-, -CH=CH- and -C 3BOND C-, or their addition salts with mineral or organic acids. These compounds are active on the immune system. The present invention further relates to a method of preparing said compounds and to the pharmaceutical compounds in which they are present.
