PILE FORMATION IN PILE FABRIC LOOM

PURPOSE:To prevent coming off of a pile when a weaving operation is stopped during the weaving operation of a pile fabric pattern. CONSTITUTION:A pile warp yarn (Tp) of a pile warp beam 11 is sent out by an operation of a let-off motor (Mp). The tension of the pile warp yarn (Tp) is detected through a tension detection roller 12 by a load cell 12a. A control computer (C2) controls the motion of the let-off motor (Mp) based on a detected tension information obtained from this load cell 12a. A loom control computer (C0) sends a pile weave pattern information to the control computer (C2). In the case of occurrence of a weft misinserting, the control computer (C2) decides a selection about execution of a tension relaxation motion of the let-off motor (Mp) based on the pile weave pattern information.
