PURPOSE:To approximately accurately recognize quantities of various food materials used which are added to or deleted from various food and drink menu commodities by preliminarily setting the quantity of a food material used for each single article code of various food and drink menu commodities correspondingly to the single article code of each of various food materials. CONSTITUTION:When addition or deletion of food materials is registered just after sales register of a food and drink menu commodity, a single article file 41 in a commodity information set storage part is retrieved to read out a used quantity code corresponding to the single article code of the food and drink menu commodity whose sales is registered. Then, a food material setting file 42 in a food material-classified used quantity set storage part is retrieved to read out used quantity information of used quantity codes corresponding to single article codes of food materials whose addition or deletion is registered. This used quantity information is added to or subtracted from areas corresponding to single article codes of food materials in a used quantity totalization file 43 of a food material-classified used quantity totalizing part. Thus, the trouble due to excess and deficiency of ordered quantities of food materials is resolved. |
