Connector system for the connection of liquid containers

A connector system for the connection of liquid containers is designed in such a way that a specific connection sequence must be maintained. For this purpose, the system comprises two connection members (1, 2) which are each provided with two connections (1A, 1B, 2A, 2B) the first ones (1A, 2A) of which serve to connect liquid containers (BI, BII). The design of the connections permits connection of the two connection members via a specially designed intermediate member (3), but prevents connection of one of the connection members with a third container. The preferred field of application is medical technology, e.g. transfer of liquids in haemofiltration. <IMAGE>
