Then, a magnetic recording layer 13 of cobalt- based alloy of ferromagnetic bodies, such as cobalt - platinum - chromium(CoPtCr) is subjected to sputter deposition as a thin film on the exposed surface of the thin film 12 of the lower layer of a thin two-dimensional alloy Cr, thus preventing the coercive rate of the magnetic thin film 13 that is deposited on the lower layer from changing as a function of the thickness of the CrW lower layer 12 and eliminating the need for accurately controlling the thickness of the CrW lower layer.
